The first mission on jupiter is bugged for the Red Veil Syndicate

I was doing a mission for the syndicate,  I had completed it and trying to make my way to extraction but it kept leading me to the same dead end. So I checked to make sure I hadn't missed any other way up or down but it kept leading me to the same room with a fan on the wall, I checked to make sure I couldn't break the fan to get behind it. I used every weapon  I had equipped, I even used my exalted blade! I just don't know what could have happened. I ended up having to quit the mission and now its gone and I wasn't paying attention to the name and now I don't know which one it is. All I remember  from the name is it said Mission 1 Jupiter. It was for the Red Veil.
