0 Arkennstar
It depends.. it can range a lot.. If I recall correctly I've seen people with MR6 who were already on Eris and MR13 who still havent hit it.. Depends on whether you give preference to star chart completion or not, whether you get carried by friends/clan or not, etc stuff like that..
0 Guest
I was MR 23 or 24 when I opened the node. Laziness was a contributing factor.
0 (PSN)Kamranos
If I remember correctly, it can be opened anywhere after MR5. A good indicator (IMO) is the PS4 Eris relay’s MR8 requirement. I have no idea when I opened it as it was probably 5 years ago.
0 Lutesque
I was MR 13 the first time I opened it and MR 6 the 2nd time.

The secret to enjoying Warframe is to take it slow and enjoy the content. No need to rush it as you will find yourself with high lvl mobs to be overwhelming. Farm corrupted mods (like all of them to make w/e build you want or need),farm all the non prime warframes even if you don't have the slots to build them and most importantly rank up your mods as much as possible. You will se after a whyle that getting to X planet is not that big of a deal.
0 (NSW)CthulhuAzathoth
IIRC I was MR 10. I rush it because I want to open up T4 void.
0 SgtHotPepper
MR is not very revelant. I see a player playing mostly Rhino, with a good orthos prime, and a Karak wraith do Eris without much difficulty. He was MR7. But his stuff was multi-formated and well modded. MR is just the amount of stuff that you maxed and the most important part of the game ( formating, getting good mods, put a potato etc.) dont get you MR. The only important think about the MR is that some good equipement is locked behind the MR requirement. (hard to get a good primary before MR 8/10). MR has no significance as how to reach a certain planet in the star chart. it all depends on the what type of weapons you have available the warframe (maxed) you have selected or crafted, mods and your play style. there is a reason as why 80% of all the warframes are in MR 0. To reach Eris maximize at lease a handful of decent weapons (not including MK1's) that have being forma'd to increase enough damage on them. Orokin catalyst is not a must but it is useful and usual mods ( damage, multi shot and the elemental combinations either 90% or 60%) the rest is your play style as well the requirements needed to opening the star chart. 0 Alpha-7
It depends, I believe that warframe players around mr 6 -9 are usually able to make it to Eris.
0 vegetosayajin
If you stop yourself from leveling(don't build new stuff and go with your starter frame and a hek for example) you can get to Eris at mr5.
