Index and my seemingly random losses of them.

When playing The Index to gain some quick credits, I noticed that I would seemingly loose randomly with 40 seconds on the clock and more points than the investors. after experiencing this three times, i decided to search why this happened. It turns out that something that nothing told me is that when the investors bank points, the Tenno's time decreases. i ended up losing 100k credits with this occurring and I find that a simple UI indicator to show that this can happen would help in the way new players learn about the Index.

If you are playing with the Ai specters they will always dies and the enemies will always be able to get points for themselves. Also I wouldnt solo the 100k credit investments unless I know I able to kill and protect the specters. You can but its not easy now with the new map. The old map was possible I use Umbra Excalibur and Tigris Prime high slash and viral. Just camped while the AI did its thing and collect the green gems after. Doesn't work any longer.

There is a hidden timer which seems to be related to the enemy scoring and time between you scoring. Which is why it doesn't kick in when your team is utterly dominating.

 

I agree, it sucks.

Index is a little wierd. The game can end, even if you are dominating and have enough time on the clock, as if there is a hidden global timer.
