MR6 played Inaros outperformed MR22 played Chroma. How? He had perfectly prepared Operator while Chroma probably with Dumbral build (Steel Charge) didn’t know how to Rubico and how to deal with Diminishing returns.

1 example is not the precedent. Sure MR6 fighting the terralyst is fine because it's easy and the team should easily he able to carry 1 guy. Its understood that he probably wont have many focus abilities unlocked and wont have a good amp, which is fine fighting the terralyst. Bring that S#&$ into a tridolon hunt and most people will not be happy.

Hmm, the alternative would be "why get upset that someone else is killing everything?"

I'm sorry I have better builds than you. Have you considered gitting gud? 🙂

Seriously though, how much of what OP says is true or is just an assumption? Like...

How does one know what new players believe?

I love how responses like these generalize the situation.

Its obvious you have yet to experience it yet thus your response or maybe you have and you don't pay it attention

Let me give you examples of situation like in my original post as to why I detest them.

One such example is

Defense

Defend the objective for a set number of turns/ defend the objective while collecting reactant. Now most players know objective is important and also collecting reactant is important. Nothing is wrong having a Mesa or a Saryn do the work for you but what the problem is when they go far away and kill things and not give a head up to the team that reactant is over here or when we have to follow behind just to collect reactant which is most cases leaves the objective undefended.  Same goes for normal defense missions when a rare mod you never had before drops its obvious people are gonna leave the defense objective to collect it but what happens when its 400m away(just for an example sake). Or overall when that one player doesn't care for defending objective goes off and gets themselves killed expects someone to revive them while we are defending the objective and they are ridiculously far away to the point where every other member ignores them to die then they come back with their tail between their legs and stick with the team to avoid a repeat of the same situation.

Kuva Survival / Survival

Survival doesn't have much complaint from me really except for one. When im playing Inaros(Inaros for god's sake) and out damaging a Mesa to the point where Mesa decides to stalk me and steal my kills trying to pass me out in damage like its a contest. That ego e-peen waving contest is not what I'm here for.

Defection

Already annoying mission as is but these players decide you know let everyone else do the work im just gonna kill everything even though there not in the right areas killing the mobs that are going for the objective and don't seem to care or know.

These are just some examples why I ask the question the first place

With my 90% from around 6k hrs in PuGs I can write the book about players gameplay. Back to Inaros, nobody cares about him, so he silently charged VS and then he 1 shoot Hydrolist’s shields. Lots of players will leave immediately when they will see Inaros in squad, i’m at the point when idc, so i’m giving chance to everyone, unfortunately players these days are not willing to listen and they feel offended when you try to help them.

If you don't like it don't play on public, git gud and play solo or socialise in recruitment chat. People equip nukes/high dps to get through the missions quickly, doing any fissure mission is fun the first few times when you're new but when you have 2k hours in the game and still haven't got a certain weapon/frame because of bullS#&$ rng thanks to DEs 'push it out never revisit it again' mechanics, dont be surprised when ppl rush through missions because they dont want to spend an extra 100 hours for a prime part/relic or get killed because they are most likely watching youtube etc. Also complaining about nukes/dps frames is the same thing as complaining that chroma shouldn't have vex armor or rhino shouldn't have iron skin because they're 'too tanky'. #*!% it, we might as well get rid of every frame in the game except for poster boy 'spam 4' cal  and call it a day.

Edit: it is currently 4am and i might have just misunderstood your post oof

1. No u. Seriously though, this is a co-op shooter. Press-4-to-win frames like Saryn and Mesa takes that concept and throws it right out the window by doing what an entire team should be capable of when playing together. If there's anyone who should be playing solo, its the people who abuse these frames, because they clearly do not need any assistance to delete entire rooms. We all know why they don't, and I'll explain it later.

2. As I explained in point 1, I like Warframe because its a co-op. I like having other people to play with, to carry them or to carry me if they're better, and help the less experienced players get through missions if they're having trouble. Just because matchmaking is at the whim of random people, it doesn't mean DE shouldn't do something about players who'd rather turn the game into a walking simulator by mashing 1 button until its time to extract.

3. Enemy spawns in solo is hot garbage. The game is set to where teammate count directly factors in how many enemies are thrown at you on a regular basis, and those who play solo get the least amount of them compared to a full team. This is more clearly evidenced by playing rounds of survival alone and struggling to keep up on life support drops. Press-4-to-win abusers know this as well, because it directly impacts the amount of resources you can get from enemies. They rely on teammates to bump up enemy spawns, they need spawn-slaves to keep the numbers high. Unless DE gives players a way to increase enemy spawns in solo to give them more of a challenge or an easier time where kills are important, this is just a typical response to handwave away criticism aimed at broken frames.

4. How on earth do you out-'git gud' a press-4-to-win frame who can nuke entire rooms with one press of a button (and a nauseating swivel of the camera if you're Mesa)? The only way you'd be able to pull that off is if the people running these broken strats are actually new to the concept and are getting familiarized with their kit. And no, stooping to their level isn't "gitting gud".

If you think Volt is bad, wait until people figure out new Wukong. It might take people a while this time, but Valkyr players already know what I'm talking about. Not only can he spin strike groups of enemies like an Atterax, but his full combo can blend a high level Nox into clone paste in roughly a second.

I've been outdamaging Equinoxes and even some Saryns with Wukong lol.

Should I listed all those non Meta guys low MR which was excellent during my around 800 Tricaps? What exactly is rule? With you PoE on MR we are back at the beginning of this Topic where sir @k05hsaid: Most people come from competitive games where you have to be the last one standing or the one with the most "points". It takes them a while to get adjusted to the PvE mindset where team synergy makes a great match.

Gaming industry these days is fulfilled by PVP games where the Tank, Nuker and Rank are way to success. Lots of players jumping here from there are implementing these habits into WF, missing the point of PVE. You can become invincible, deal highest Dmg or kill most enemies but you can insert it somewhere when the mission fail. Same with MR, you can become MR27 in 2 months but you will now about mechanics barely 10%. For MR6 you need 90k XP, Inaros, Nova, Frost, Loki, 1x Sentinel, 1x Kavat and Kubrow is 42k, 48k left for rest of Arsenal enough to play WF endlessly a have enough time to learn mechanics.

It's pointless talking to you. You're obviously stubborn and not going to listen to anyone else's opinion. Enjoy the ignore list.

What I've been reading in this thread is that there are really only 2 types of players playing Warframe.

*There's the player like myself who treats this game as a horde shooter and wants to murder everything and complete the objective as fast and as painless as possible.

*Theeen there's the player like @Pizzarugi

-Who thinks this is a co-op game and wants team synergy forced on everyone and in everything while singing cuumbia holding hands while slogging through objectives and taking in the scenery./s 😉 😂

None, other than bragging rights over your fellow frames of that occupation. Even then I'd say it's a bit pointless

17 hours ago, Son_of_Anubis said:

Have you ever played excavation/defense/capture/defection missions with randoms and met and obnixous Mesa/Saryn/Volt (with spin to win whip and always spamming speed) and getting the most kills but yet never actually doing the objective and always dying off screen and waiting for someone to revive them?

Has this ever happened to you?

Were your left defending the objective while the children go get themselves killed and left wondering is this a survival mission or is this defend the objective

I've been in both positions. I did a Excavation Albatration last week using Baruuk where we kept having a large group of enemies coming from one direction (mostly from where we had just come from) so I was off a few 100 meters away from the objective stopping this mass of enemies from getting too close most of the time. meanwhile my team were spread out around the objective and other choke points. In the end we did a decent amount of drills and got out of there.

Yeah, yeah. Them enormous defense maps.

You honestly have a problem with reading. But anyhow I'm not going to argue with you as why this is incorrect since I already stated it in a earlier post

This says nothing about my concern about kills. Just using a gun like catchmoon will shoot you up in damage relatively easy and this ticks of most meta players. Because they always want to be the best they always want to be in the lead they always like seeing their name highlighted. I don't care I just play. If you still read this and make some link that I'm still concerned about kills. Then its obvious I can't help you since I can't change your mind. Any and all argument about this topic ends here though

The bolded screams concerned about kills to me.

Like, how do you know you are out damaging Mesa?

I also like how team mates are too far away one minute and they are too close the next. What's the goldilocks distance people should keep from you?

Shhhhhh DE don't listen to him, he's lying! There is no spin-2-win while playing Wukong. His iron staff is worse than Mk-1 Bo. Please buff Wukong for his prime release. Make his iron staff 3x the length as it is now.

To be fair though, if I am in a survival and I find myself in a random corner away from all the action (we've all been there), I try to group up with one of my teammates so that:

A: Grouping up (theoretically) makes the enemies spawn locations a bit more concentrated so it's easier to get life support modules.

B: I want to try and stay within affinity range. For a variety of obvious reasons.

So for this type of situation, there are practical reasons for staying close to others that isn't related to ego or anything.

MR 6’s have access to 777 and don’t need a weapon for a 5x3,

I think if you are going to lock tridolons behind anything it should be a solo 1x3 cap! This way whenever you join a pub tri hunt you know everyone in the squad are capable because they had to solo them to unlock pub hunts.

I have meet all kinds since I’ve been hunting and MR6’s aren’t that common, less common than MR22 embers with mote amps and 0 kills or caps in their profile to be fair.

but that’s just pubs for ya!

Pubs are for experimenting, learning, practicing and teaching.

Recruiting and friends are for hunters who want to hunt.
