Give Wisp Feet or some form of ground contact

As much as I like Wisp's design there are simply way too many situations where she has normal animations that make her little stumps just seem out of place. Just see anytime she uses a melee weapon. It feels like there was a miscommunication between the design team and the animation team. Yes, you can make a Warframe whose feet don't touch the ground but will you make all the necessary animations to suit that decision? No. So I have a simple suggestion. Just give her something that makes it seem like touching the ground is not awkward. For instance, needle-like/very pointy legs that can have the most minimal contact with the ground but won't look weird if you're sliding or running with melee or running along a wire etc. Something like this; https://i.ibb.co/sjZK4YX/downloadd8eb867e-521-20all-male-20gia-20gun-20male-20mask-20original-20weapon.png . Just a small suggestion that'll probably just be lost in the void but I thought I might as well post it.

As much as I don't like the warframe I do agree if your gonna the whole wisp theme at least give her custom animations for melee/interactions. Overall I didn't know she had those problems I don't use her.

Redesigning all melee animations just for wisp sounds a bit complicated. I think giving her energy feets while on the ground is the most realistic option.
Also, giving her a custom sliding animation, something like lie down over the ground like a low dash, would be necessary too while not being too much work.

Well, we can make her not have legs too. Grab me a Zoren.

Well she could be put together with Mag Pneuma to be Katawa Shojo.

Or they could just make animations that fit the model, granted that's a LOT of animation given the shear variety of melee weapons. Regardless Wisp's whole gimmic was being ethereal and tbh I dont look at my warframe's feet often enough to really care. I didn't even realize Trinity's delux skin didn't have feet until I saw a post almost identical to this complaining about it. What is it with yall and feet?

I would love for her to get custom animations, but we all know that isn't going to happen. I believe they even stated that in a devstream. I do like her design. I like her ethereal-ness, but the current animations just seem weird on her at the moment. She slides and sparks on thin air, she somehow runs along wires, she walks with melee weapons. She doesn't have to be touching the ground in all scenarios, just when actions like these demand that she does. Her current animations just seem wrong, feel out of place. So, the compromise would just be some form of ground contact, even the tiniest of contact, for those situations.
