Lazarow Posted June 26, 2019 Share Posted June 26, 2019 Its just in nigthwave at a higher rank, 1 umbral forma per season as of now we had 1 season, (intermission does not count) next season is to come next month. So it is released but its very rare to the point you rather forma all other slots to fit the umbral mods. As K4RN4 said when asking questions post in players helping forums section.
