How to change forums avatar

So i've seen ppl saying that changing your avatar in-game automatically changes your forum avatar, but I changed my in-game avatar months ago and my forums avatar is still the same as it had been. Could someone please help me? Thanks

You have to log out of the Forums. And possibly delete the browser cache.

I just tried the logging out of forums part, and that didn't work. Maybe the hidden debts avatar isn't on the forums yet?

This probably won't help but, for me, I tried logging out of the forum, but after no change I read to check in the game menu/ in my profile that I had 'actually chosen' my new avatar. Then it worked.
