not getting nightwave standing from completed acts

i was on rank 7 (kuva) at 0/10,000. i completed the pick up 20 energy orbs daily on the second mission of todays sortie, next mission i completed both my 3rd sortie for the weekly and kill 150 enemies with melee daily. im now at rank 8 (rift sigil) at 0/10,000. so..... where did that other 1000 points go? and how many times has this happened when i wasnt paying enough attention to catch it? not very pleased right now.

edit: disregard this post, i completed another daily and that 1000 showed up.
