no void fissures on Io defense

Started a session of a Meso Fissure on Io, Jupiter. We went through five rounds (extracted after) without a single void fissure spawning, so none of us got any reactant. I don't think I heard the fissure dialogue either. It couldn't have been a case of doing the regular mission because two other players reported the same thing, and the reactant counter was on the left of the screen.
