Forma Applied - No polarity added

Hi,

I was going to add a polarity to my Nekros (level 30), so i went to "Upgrade -> Actions -> Polarization" i then selected the Forma.

I got the question "Are you sure you want to install FORMA?" i pressed OK and then i got informed that it will reset the level of my frame and i accepted.

I didnt get to select slot nor what polarity i wanted it just went back to the "build board".

Nothing had changed, no added nor changed polarities - but my Nekros is now back to lvl 0 and i lost one forma.

 

I have done this like 10-20 times before, so it's not my first time - nothing was done in any other way compared to all the other times.

I just checked. It's possible to forma without setting a slot polarity. For whatever reason this is possible.
