i got host migrated and ended up in a different mission

So i was doing a mot run to get the axi l4 relic and around the 6-7 minute mark the host extracted i got host migrated but when i loaded in i was in a void interception mission the strangest part was i joined in on round 3 which shouldn't even be possible. Has anyone else encountered this? I've been playing for about a year and never encountered something like this,

Yes, it does happen sometimes(happened to me around 2-4 times in some years).

Luckily this bug is very rare so it should not bother you too much.
