No.

His schtick here is that he brings his entire current stock. Not something new that only Tennocon buyers can get because they already have the armour and stuff.

I know what his "schtick" is

And I'm not implying that he bring something new for "only TennoCon buyers", but that he (DE) would just bring something new that TennoCon buyers would have access to but then added to the next rotation for everyone else.
