Mesa Regulators Bug

So, I got Mesa the other day and was very content and happy with her, until I started noticing this quite annoying bug that only seemed to occur when someone else was the host (particularly on higher ping). The problem was when I went to bullet jump and preemptively hold down LMB to shoot my regulators, they would only work about 50% of the time. The other 50% I would need to reclick resulting in me already being on the ground. I tried to look this problem out and found a post on the exact problem from 2017. If you could look into it, that would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Kind regards.

It's not a bug, just delay/lag between you and the host. I've encountered it too on games where my connection to the host is slow.

Basically if the game detects you holding LMB before peacemaker starts, it will interpret as you trying to fire normally and not to fire regulators. And that can happen even though you activated peacemaker before holding LMB due to lag.

A fix seems possible still, if DE is willing to make it so that a continued press of LMB will trigger regulators when peacemaker is activated, instead of requiring another press of LMB again.

Couldn't agree more, hope that DE fixes it though. Apart from this Mesa seems bug free. Would feel so much smoother without this "delay".
