Mission Switching?

Went to do today's first Sortie mission (At the time of posting, the Isos, Eris Hive mission vs. Lephantis). I select the mission via the alert window, wait to find a squad and connect... only to somehow end up in a Mobile Defense mission on Sharpless, Phobos. Mind you, this isn't the first time it's happened. 

Has anyone else had this issue happen to them out of nowhere, where you select something via the R1 window / its appropriate platform counterpart, only to get dropped into a completely unrelated mission?

The closest that has happened to me is when I'm in a squad for sortie, after Sortie 1, and when someone selects mission 2 and we all accept it sends us to the same node, but the regular version of it.

Can't say I have experienced what you speak of, though. Not at that level, at least.

I've had it happen with kuva siphons/kuva floods.. went in for a siphon and bam! level 80 enemies.. stuff like that.. never on a sortie. Could be due to disparity between the host and squad.
