Noggles on frame release and deluxe noggles

I really loge noggles, they are so nice I want noggles for all frames that exist and dont know why we dont get them when they are released I mean it doesnt look that difficult to make. I would also loveee noggles for deluxe skins like include it in the deluxe bundle it would be so cool and I bet a og people would throw plat for noggles, which means profit, ez win

I guess for the same reason as prime trailers and other such stuff. Because they're not a priority or something around those lines, and get left on the backburner. No matter how much effort there is to it. 

And sometimes other items that fulfill the same goal take precedence and skip the waiting line for hype and profit reasons. The roomba is a good example of it. And the longer you leave something on the backburner the less important/hyped it becomes, which makes it even harder to come true later on, unless there's an actual reason or opportunity to do it.
