Am I Suppose to see 1 relic that i don't have

Am I suppose to be seeing 1 relic that I don't have or all of the relics that i don't have? Is it just a mistake on my part? I only see 1 relic that I don't have in the Meso, Neo and the Axi, but not the Lith; I see 0 relics that I don't have. When I was playing after the Jovian Condord update I saw all the relics didn't have and it wasn't just one, and i had more than just 1 relic that I didn't have. I can also see the 3 relics that I don't have (1 in Meso, Neo, and Axi) in the codex and in relic table on the orbiter. Was seeing all of the relics that i don't have just a bug and the Concord update? Please let me know so I know i'm not going crazy.

Players will no longer see Vaulted Relics that they do not own in the Relic Manager. Relics which you do not have, but are in current drop tables, are still shown
