The Sacrifice is still bugged, after a whole year...

I really fell in love with the soundtrack that played during this quest. It was amazing. Sadly I will probably never get the somachord notes because they don't spawn at all. I replayed this quest 3 times. Nothing. Literally nothing, I checked each possible place, even those not listed in posts regarding it. After a whole year this quest is still bugged. Really disappointing.

Also, some kind of way to see somachord scanning progress would be nice too. I don't know if i need one scan or half a dozen to get some music, until I finally find a somachord. And because of that I am not sure if I scanned the first somachord in the Sacrifice, and I don't want to waste any more time on this...
