Who is the Staffmember on the Forum's that govern's weapons?

I have abit of a future sight, of sorts, being able to see into the future with my dreams, really only able to see bits of conversation or me scrolling through things, but what makes me come to you all is that I saw a vision of a weapon called the Tohanto, which from what I could piece together would be a Continuous DPS Speargun, which would have five panels on the top that open up to shoot  5 lasers straight ahead in a star pattern around your crosshair, and would have an alt-fire that would have you throw the spear and it would shoot the lasers across the ground in the same star pattern, but with the spear being at the center. I'd like to take this weapon concept to the Staffmember so I may see if it'll actually be implementable.

Considered, but from what I tell it seems to be a younger-person trait so it'll probably fade and it only really shows mundane things that I forget most of the time, the biggest "revelation" it showed me was when I was a very smol kid in Kindergarden and it revealed that the 100th day special was Fondue. Eitherway, thank you all for the advice. I'll remake my post there.

Yes, I know its generic, but we need a Sustained DPS Speargun and look at how DE was trying to "improvise" during the main content drop with the Pupacyst and the Galvacord.
