i want to know if the digital pack of teenocon 2019 who has the teenocon skin (i dont know how can i say) i want to know if the skin is only for excalibur...or i can use in other warframes.thanks guys....best english hahahaha

Its armor, so yes, you can wear it at any warframe

There is no specific skin for a warframe, there are the attachments, sigil, emotes and plat that can be shared with any frame.

You probably mistook Excalibur as a skin, they often use Excalibur as he is the most picked first frame. And they use him as the default mascot for warframe related stuff.
