Twitch loot on nintendo switch

So i transferred my pc account to nintendo switch right

So i linked my switch account to my twitch account

Any way of fixing this?

I'm not clear on what your issue is, if you transferred your account to Switch, and successfully linked to twitch, then you should be fine.

Login to the main warframe site and you should be apply to access account management.  From there you can unlink your Twitch account and should then be free to relink it to your other account if you wish.
