(XBOX)Maha3000x Posted July 6, 2019 Share Posted July 6, 2019 I was trying to add a forma to my Pyrana Prime, when all of a sudden the screen after I choose a forma closes out. I find myself back into my upgrade screen with a unranked Pyrana Prime and the same 3 polarized slots as before. It even shows that I forma'd twice and my forma is gone from my inventory. What gives?
