Where to make a complaint about twitch?

Not sure where to put it, but like the title says...where to/whom do I make a complaint about the twitch drops?  They NEVER work for me and it’s become discouraging.

Yes linked /unlinked a few times.

I watched for a full hour attempted to unlink and relink when that part of the site went down. Still watching and nothing.

I already got locked out of the Eidolon ephemera because of a glitch and now this, it's pretty frustrating.

To make sure the drops work, disable all script blocking add-ons and extensions in your browser. The first Twitch drop event I barely saw any drops because I had three blocking add-on running and my guess is whatever service is tracking the viewing time and applying drops was prevented from doing so or never logged my view time.
