About Twitch Sync

I have a question about Twitch Sync and the stream rewards... am i screwed?

 

I started watching the stream way before the time for the nekros prime one and didnt get anything while my brother got the ephemera and is waiting for nekros prime.

I knew i was linked because i already got some rewards from past devstreams and things like that, but i didnt get anything on this one, so i went to Account Management just in case and in the twitch sync part i see: "Twitch Sync: Could not find, check back later or try and refresh your info"

 

So, does that means my Twitch account got unlinked or something? Is that another kind of problem? Will i get the rewards for watching the livestream or am i out of luck?

 

PS: Sorry about my crappy english, its not my main language.

i resynced mine cause i didnt get the ephemera after an hour, got the ephemera but not nekros. fk me i guess since the last time this happened there was nothing support could do about it

If it was not linked, then me thinks you are out of luck. However Wait the seven days to see if it turns up.

I am guessing everyone suddenly went deaf, as I do believe DE addressed this up to three times during the live even, PLUS there is this from twitter:
