July 6, Twitch Prime Drops

Due to religious observance, I would not have been able to watch the tennocon stream, so I set my laptop up beforehand so I could still get the drops. Unfortunately, my laptop encountered some problem and shut off before the stream started. Is there a way to contact DE to see if they would still be willing to send the twitch drops to my account?

I had a similar problem. Due to religious observance I was not able to watch the stream but had my laptop open, but the stream wasn't on when I got back. Hoping that I got the stuff still, but no way to check as the game won't let me log in.

no, unfortunately there is no way to obtain the rewards as the rewards were automatic from the stream. if you want you can try to talk to DE support but i dont think you will get them. sorry.
