So Basically I watched the entirety Of the live stream I did get the lotus emphera or whatever 

But I did not get my nekros prime i do know that it will be in my inventory hopefully within a week but i was wondering if it sends separately or together 

Or do i have to worry about Me not getting it at all?

You're confused if it will send separately? From what? It'll be an entire built Warframe with his very own slot and catalyst. What would it be separate from exactly?
