I also had it softlock just now after it eventually came up, it stopped the timer and you have to alt-F4 out of the game as it prevents the menu from coming up to exit the game. So that was a good 30mins-1hr wasted on 200 traces and 2 Neo S12 Relics between the hunt for the relics, traces, missions, etc. I think a refund is in order to all players for relics and traces. I suppose after the tennocon the amount of returning tenno went over the sky after those grand cosmic battles, so servers just can't handle all this amount of people now.
