Effectance mod help

 I need some some help fellow tenno I'm trying to build a Loadout for my Warframe but the energy cost is a bit too expensive for the abilities. Are there any other effectance  mods besides streamline and fleeting Expertise? And if there are how do I get them

Haha quite the coincidence. @GnarlsDarkley shared his build just a little bit ago on different thread to which I'm going to redirect you. Just find a screenshot in there and thats it. To sum it up - you play efficiency and to make up the energy you use Hunter Adrenaline (or I guess Rage in case you don't have HA and can't get it right now).

There are not any other mods for efficiency. However instead of trying to raise your builds efficiency, you can try increase your energy recovery. Get zenurik, arcane energize or energy pads from the syndicates.

Out of curiosity what frame are you building and what are you trying to achieve with your build?

There is exactly one more that can Effect your Ability Efficiency. 

PAX BOLT

Pax Bolt is a Kitgun Arcane that can be gotten from Ruud Zuud in Fortuna once you reach max rank with Solaris United....

The way Pax Bolt works is when you kill an Enemy with a headshot (using your kitgun obviously) the next ability you activate within the next 4 Seconds will have 30% Increased Strength and cost 30% Less Energy....

Its usefulness depends mostly on how practical it is for you to kill with Headshots and what type of ability you're trying to Activate....

Indirectly, yes.

Rage and Hunter Adrenaline. Both convert damage taken to your life into energy. Combined with flow and a tanky frame you'll have infinite energy

Note that power efficiancy is caped at 75% , while streamline and fleeting are the only power efficiancy mods out were we still got mods like rage and hunters adrenaline wich give you energy for taking enemy damage , as well as some arcanes exist like pax bolt and arcane energize , weres also energy restore consumables and energy restore perks from zenurik focus tree .

Yeah, I remembered after replying to him that he's got despoil in there, but i was too lazy to correct it and explain it xD
