That's not a good reason to introduce player hitbox collion that has proven to be a bigger annoyance in other games. Take The Division. The hub had player hitbox collision, players would block doorways and people couldn't get missions. It was removed because of that because trolls will find a way to annoy. It was a pain because of players blocking doorways, nudging players to mess up their aim, shoving players out of cover and exposing them to enemy fire, parking on top of loot so that other players couldnt collect. The thing is collision itself isn´t necessarily a problem and can add a lot to a game. But like anything there are good and bad ways to code stuff and you shouldn´t really take Skyrim as a prime example if you want to implement something like this in your game.
