Tennocon loot question [collectors]

To those of you who purchased any of the Tennocon ticket tiers, did you receive your in-game items and plat yet? as well as getting access to the Tennocon Baro node? Personally I haven't and wanted to know if it was just me?

Perhaps it is just you? I Bought my digital ticket on the 25th of June, and had the digital extra's within five or so minutes.

I guess its time to submit a ticket, guessing I should have gotten these item a while ago.

That might be a good idea, however I will speculate the wait time could very well be extended past usual times as I am betting there are tons of tickets from people who either did not watch the stream, or had it on mute screaming "where is my Nekros". Either way, I hope you get your digital goodies soon.

There is likely an email with a code somewhere in it, as that's where mine was. Put the code into either the game's promo code place or the browser promo code location. If you didnt get a code or it didn't get you anything, put a ticket in.
