Pc To PS4

Is it possible to connect my pc warframe account to my ps4 account as i got really far on it but with issues occurring i am not able to use my computer anymore I've already started a character on ps4 but it would be great if i could use my old pc account if anyone knows if its possible or not please respond.

They said they are looking into cross save, but don´t expect that any time soon.
