Got Nekros Prime, But no Ephemera?

Today I gained the Nekros prime in my inbox, Am I supposed to be gaining the ephemera at the same time? Or do I wait a bit longer? Or was there something else you had to do to gain the ephemera separately from the Nekros prime?

You had to watch for 30 minutes or more prior to the Tennolive stream. So, the panels or other things.

 

But if you do meet the requirements, it may just arrive later.

Did you watch the main stage panels Saturday between 12pm and 6pm ET for 30 consecutive minutes?  The Nekros Prime was just for the 6pm to 7pm stuff.

Then presumably you're just one of the unlucky ones who have to wait until DE hand it out correctly, I've got two friends in the same boat.

I mean, my friend is on the same boat aswell, but quite the opposite. He has the ephemera, but no Nekros prime, we practically were on a discord call and watched at the same time.

Assuming this is in ET, you should be eligible. I have now got both of them, I received the Ephemera around four hours after the streams concluded. I got the Nekros Prime around 24 hours later. You probably just have to wait for it to arrive. It could be alphabetically done, the lower down you are the longer it takes.
