The Index host transfer mission warp

I was running a tier 1 Index run, when suddenly the host left.

After the loading screen, I was met not with the same mission, but in-fact a completely different mission with a complete stranger.

The real kicker here is, it was not The Index; It was Disruption on Round 5.
We both had confused laughs, as the one other person was most likely running solo, and did not expect someone to pop in unannounced like that.

 

I have zero idea HOW that can even possibly happen, as the missions aren't even on the same planet at all, and in my 2500+ hours, I've never had this happen before.
I'd love to know if anyone else has experienced this WILD type of bug before, because it sounds like something that shouldn't even be possible.
