Warframe Lost Mods and arcanes gone

So I put the universal aura forma on, and had all mods except 1 mod on my frame, did a few missions for nightwave and came back to find that at some point, all the mods were removed from all my config slots and my arcanes were gone, I dont remember which arcanes but they were silver with them upgraded to tier 1. but I am also going on from my memory of my build that is my main.
