Oomatu
Hi Tennos! The title says it all. Back in 2015 I was pretty young and new to the internet, and I made a vaguely homophobic remark in a forum post. It was obviously very dumb, and I was wondering who I would need to contact about getting the strike removed. Thanks for the help! 'Matu
0 AXCrusnik
If the strike doesn't have a termination date, it's probably forever. I have a warning strike with no expiration as well. Just gotta live with it.
0 DeMonkey
You can get old ones removed if they're over a year old by contacting a moderator. @Letter13 helped me with a similar issue last year.

Mines about two - maybe even close to three - years old now for a vague remark about Sheldon, I think, just keep forgetting to see if I can get it removed. Mine was a warning for sharing a line of code I saw on reddit that confirmed Zephyr Prime. After that former moderator who leaked a PA way back, and how screenshots usually leaks before the PA arrives consistently, I thought it was funny that they still try to enforce no leaks when it's obviously such an effective method. /s. Look at Wukong and his PA, screenshots popped 10 days ago. Mine does say it will never expire though. Guess it was a big no no.

It says that because that was the system back then. Warnings would never expire. It was changed some time ago to only last a year, with a statement that the change wouldn't retroactively affect your current warnings but you could contact someone about them. I'll probably ask when I can be motivated to do so, lol.
0 NovusNova
"*Warning points are automatically removed after a year from when it was first issued. Keep in mind that warnings are used as reminders to participate respectfully on the Forums. If unable to do so, you will receive additional warnings and potentially face the restrictions listed above." If you have old warning points from before it was changed to 1 year expiry then contact a member of the moderation team and ask for a review. Hi Tennos!
The title says it all. Back in 2015 I was pretty young and new to the internet, and I made a vaguely homophobic remark in a forum post. It was obviously very dumb, and I was wondering who I would need to contact about getting the strike removed.
Thanks for the help!
