Tennocon Collector's ticket

So I purchased the tennocon collectors ticket and was told in a email that I'd receive the code of digital swag after March 22nd. I thought I'd get it the day of then got confused with the give away of the Nekros prime for attendees. I see now the physical tickets are a different acquisition but I'm trying to find out who I need to talk to and get help that will solve my issue. I got everything of my physical swag but nothing for my digital and baro leaves in a few days. I've sent out info to eventbrite digital extremes and even tweeted. Is anyone out there?

I have the same issue, my entire group of 6 clan mates didnt get the 2019 tennocon digital pack, even though we attended tennocon. I've been to the past 3 years of tennocon, the code that was on a card in the swag bag was much simpler it seems, no technical issues that way.

Rebecca did say that the nekros prime will take days to be sent out. I unsure if that included the digital swag.
