Heavy Ammo Pickup description may appear in a different language

Whenever you pick up heavy ammo and your heavy ammo is already at full capacity, there is a message at the bottom of the screen saying that you have full ammo. For some reason the message follows the host's chosen localization.

The host on the screenshots below is playing in Russian (cyrillic symbols are censored with *).
