Okay how do you get it i know what to farm but nothings happened? Even my friend who plays this more than I ever would hasnt gotten it and THATS saying something. Shes farmed the MOAs for longer and not even she has gotten it. I have all of the boosters and nothings happening and i think she does too.

You're fighting the Terra Embattor Moas, and not just regular Terra Moas right?

clan has to have the pigment color research started if not then wont have the pigments start dropping.
tho its not just any moa she needs to farm, as for conductor gold you must farm Terra Embattor MOAs are a Bursa variant deployed by the Corpus on the Orb Vallis, Venus.

yep its the rng problem i think but im wondering if theres a way other than boosters and nekros or khora or hydroid to get it to go better

No, that's the only way to do it. An Adarza Kavat might make it faster, but that's another RNG.

When I farmed it I found I had more of them spawn inside the Spaceport, but that might just be confirmation bias.

yes a loot boosting frame, boosters an smeeta would help out with farming but know what else would help out if she had a full squad of the clan members in there as if one of the moas drop the pigment it would 4 drop but only the person in the mission who picked up the pigment would get it as kinda a first come clan member grab thing. 

so would kinda have to make sure who ever has the booster or smetas loot charm buff to be the one to pick up the pigment before others go pick up the other loot from it

smeta is the one with the charm buff you want as adarza is the team crit kitty
