Sands of inaros bug

So the entire Vessel is blue, And Baro does not tell me what to do. So i have no clue what i should do in this case. Or is it even full yet? It just says "Fufill the vessel's inscription" on the quest

To fulfill the vessel, you have to "get the souls" of enemies the vessel wants (that means kill them). Actually with its symbol, the vessel wants Grineer Seeker.

My only suggestion would be that the vessel isn't 100% blue. Kill a couple more seekers and see if it changes anything, if not then you might have to contact support.

Been a while since I did it but I would continue killing the required target, take screenshots and then report it.
