Arbitration server issue

I was playing arbitration and was planning on staying for an hour, got to 25 minutes and everything froze except for the players and the timer, it was a survival so while I tried and tried to activate life support it drained while nothing could be done, we attempted to get to extraction but doors were stuck closed, some players died out of no where, and when it was just me and one other left alive, the server went back to normal, with life support gone and time wasted
