Shard Black Pigment - Is it bugged?

For the past few weeks now I've been going to the Plains every time I notice its night and killing the vomvalyst but theres been no pigment collected. It looks like they are dropping cores and pigment, but upon looting it only gives the cores.....am I doing something wrong? Sorry if this is a noob question, still kinda new to Warframe. Have not had issues with collecting other colors, just this one. Any help would be appreciated.

@GinmokThere is only a 10% drop chance. I did this one a couple weeks ago. Don't think its bugged. Get a drop chance booster and a 2x booster and save yourself some trouble.

Also just do eidolons because they seems to spawn a lot while fighting.

Or instead of doing eidolons, they could just walk around as Ivara while in prowl. Since they give double drops
