Did you make sure you connected your Twitch/Mixer accounts? And did you watch with the correct profile? I have accounts on PC, XBOX and PS4 so I used three different accounts to watch. Also, when I logged in, I didn't get it, so I went to Cetus for five minutes, and then when I returned, I got the message to say they were there.
