Oh. Support uses this thread as proof that it's fixed... you using it as the reverse is not going to help you.

Even with screenshots and proof their replies are the same. So we should be patient.

k so i logged on and have the boost now. hopefully this same code can be applied for ephemera to fix everything. Obviously it can't but hopefully they can implement something similar.

I watched almost the whole thing live and I did not receive the ephemera or nekros i would like to know if there is anything I can do because i started off on Xbox and just moved to PC. i did not want to play warframe on PC because I did not want to start all over again but this twitch drop encouraged me to play it again, but i did not get that. if there is anything i could do please let me know.

I got the 3 day booster and didn't do anything differently from when I watched the Tennocon stream. I unlinked and relinked after that stream but IDK if that did anything as drops pre-Tennocon worked fine.

I'm one of the people who didn't get either drop. I haven't disconnected/reconnected anything and I received the double credit booster from last stream.

I think it was more a twitch error. The problem is, we have no comments to prove it.

• The Nekros Prime drop (including free Warframe slot!) was earnable by watching TennoLive for 30 consecutive minutes (between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET). 

After investigating several accounts from Tenno who had reported the case of the missing Nekros Prime, we discovered a pattern. The majority of Tenno who had successfully received the Lotus Ephemera drop somehow did not also receive the Nekros Prime drop during TennoLive. 

There was some added confusion when we announced that all the drops had successfully been delivered when that was not the case for those Tenno who had the Lotus Ephemera, but not their free Nekros Prime. We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your reports. We quite honestly could not have figured this out without the evidence you provided by simply posting about the issue!

What you can expect: 

We will be running a script on Monday, July 15th once everyone is back from the weekend that will send an inbox message to accounts across all Platforms that fit the following criteria: 

• Successfully received the Lotus Ephemera via inbox. 
• Did not receive Nekros Prime (and free Warframe slot). 

These accounts will be given Nekros Prime. This method has been chosen because it accounts for the biggest error pattern we’ve seen from players in the forums: they know their link worked due to receiving Lotus Ephemera, but they did not receive Nekros Prime despite watching! 

We’ll update this thread once the script has started. Thank you all for being a part of TennoCon 2019!

I gifted my friend a Warframe slot. They just wanted the extra slot from Nekros since they are f2p. I'm annoyed by the lack of communication.

I too did not get any drops from the panel and this has gotten me wondering if there is a connection between a delay to the stream and not getting a drop? I have gotten drops from some streams but not others and the only correlation that I could make was a delay to the stream so that is was a few seconds off.

Could this just be coincidence on my end or have others noticed this happen?

Closing the thread will make it worse. Maybe not here, but on reddit. We will see other threads pop up as well. It's why they left this alone.

So I watched the whole TennoLive from start to finish and didnt get not a thing waited since then patiently and still nothing. You say script complete but there's probably still alot of players you missed out on and I'm pretty sure they ain't happy on the false promise of the 2 gift and hear players who didnt watch a second of the stream get something not deserved so if you say script complete make sure everyone who did participate in watching the stream gets what was promised

I think this is where and why a lot of us in this thread are kind of boned for not getting the drops. Because we waited, patiently, as we were asked to. And then by the time it was already over, we were told there was nothing to be done because it was time-sensitive.

I don't think DE engages in the forums as much as we would like or believe because no one has come in to this one to talk on the matter and give us a definite answer.

The script fix was for something they realized was a problem on their end, but I guess thry stuck around for the few people who said they finally got their frame to bug out and dust off their hands and call it a job well done. Most of those first replies are thanks and the script hadn't even finished its run at that time. Early congratulations has boned us. Meanwhile, this thread gets longer and longer with people chiming in about not getting the drops at all.

It's okay to give early thanks. 

The problem is that they did not address the whole issue and fixed the smallest part of it. It's a problem with the drop system and it would be great to get an official response. 

I am still waiting for my lotus ephemera and was half think kiteer would sell it at 2000 ducats or something this week as a compromise.

I didn't mean to imply that giving the early thanks is a bad thing to do, just that DE seemed to only notice that and say job well done. I am not sure if they are even aware that the people in this thread still have a problem and if they are aware, then they have been quiet on the matter, which is bad in both directions. I would think support would run this issue up the chain a bit since most of us have gone to them with this issue.

Support is sending ppl to this thread as an answer to problems. I opened a ticket. It was closed and was told to open another one. I opened another ticket and was told I should not open another one, told to come here and if I wanted a follow up ope  a follow up ticket. Then ticket was closed... opened a follow up ticket and they told me that all problems are solved and ticket was closed.

 

Personally that's just pushing the buck to this thread. I've messaged DE bear hoping for his response in this thread.

well my ticket was the scripted response. >_> but i found this out, i also put in a support ticket last year about the ash prime. i thought i got it, but i didn't get it. so the same thing happened to me last year. crazy..... their systems is messed up. it always seems like something is wrong.

 

if you didn't get your drops and your link is fine, please submit a support ticket as well as checking this

 

i personally really wanted the nekros prime, so this is super disappointing for me -_-

As you may know, there is an issue where, despite the script deployed by Danielle and her team, there are still a multitude of players who didn't receive Nekros Prime and/or the exclusive ephemera from the Twitch Tennocon stream despite having linked Twitch and Warframe accounts and watching the stream with no connection issues. I am one of those players. I connected my Twitch and Warframe accounts before the stream, watched for much more than the 30 minutes they required with no drops in connection, even claimed all three promo codes successfully but never received either drop on my account. If you check chat logs, there is evidence of me commenting the stream with my alliance in the alliance chat. There is a support thread on the official forums where Danielle announces the script to fix this issue. In the comments section, there are hundreds of people claiming that they never received either drop despite performing all the steps correctly. Some of them have received automated messages that dismiss this issue upon submitting a support ticket. I have attached a screenshot where it is visible that I linked my Warframe and Twitch accounts properly.
