(All Platforms) The Missing Nekros Prime Twitch Drop from TennoLive 2019 - Script Complete

Haven't seen the Nekros drop still and watched the full Tennocon ... do we bother chasing this up?

I watched the entire stream, my account is linked to twitch and has been for some time, and still I have not received Nekros prime or the ephemera.

Is it now a case of "if you didn't get them by now then you never will ?"

Or will anything further be done about this issue ?

I have been telling people to be patient however  more and more people have been coming in here that have been patient and more and more people are realizing they have fallen through the cracks. Hopefully enough people will have posted here that DE notices that the issue has not been fixed.

I would say at this point if you believe they are not aware. Just send private messages and let them know.

But if that's the case I'd doubt they check their messages either. I mean home girl had like 1100+ messages in her obiter inbox.

my problem is that i didnt get the ephemera or the nekros prime on my ps4 account (ps4 IGN madhukarmoham) i recently started playing on pc, i watched the whole stream on twitch, still didnt get either of them, my accounts are properly linked, would be nice if i will be assisted.

So, for those of us who didn't receive anything (ephemera + nekros) while having watched the entire con, they don't give a #*!%.
All i had as an answer was in the lines of "check the link is ok on our site, it may have been lost when servers went down to be able to receive FUTURE things"
 

So...
They were the ones the problem originated from.
They won't deliver what they promised.

They got a massive influx of ad revenue from twitch and mixer so at the moment they dont really notice it. They also got a lot of new players from the event so they might never notice the drop in income.

I had the issue too ..twich linked but no twitch drop ...also the last stream couple of days ago  i watched the whole stream ..again no twitch drop. Iam very dissapointed about that situation ..i know its free gifts but the handling of the situation feels not good.

Hey usually I'd just ask region chat, but no one seemed to answer rather than before. I watched Tennocon 2019 Live, and my twitch has been connected for a while now. I just assumed I'd get it eventually like the announcement said. Is this still the case? If not..is there anyway we can claim the rewards? I always get the drops from the other streams.

Yes it is where we claim according to support. 

We are still waiting for de response however and according to support, we should be patient.

Just wanted to chime in that I didn't get Nekros Prime after watching the entire stream, and I made sure my twitch was linked beforehand.

I noticed this thread hasn't been locked, despite them saying "bada bing, bada boom". So at least the smoke is still on the water. If the thread gets shut down then we'll know, the gates to Noah's ark have been closed. Everyone outside is drowning. ⛈️⛈️⛈️

Makes me kind of think that they are just letting us all come in here to vent in hopes that we will eventually get tired of it and go back to business as usual. If they cared, they should have chimed in by now. It's pretty obnoxious. 51 pages of people saying they are without and no responses from DE aside from the post that started this thread. Seems they are content to let us scream ourselves to sleep.

I'm just baffled they admitted it was their fault to you. I was told it was my issue and then I was summarily dismissed via closing the ticket.

Can you post what they wrote? 

For me specifically they kept copy pasting the exact same thing without reading what I wrote. It seems you lucked out and got a support person who actually reads the tickets.

And then followed by a bit about how to make sure your Twitch/Warframe account is connected from both ends in a step-by-step guide. I already checked mine, and both ends were fully connected, and yet I got neither reward.

What about for those who couldn't link their accounts during the Tennocon? I would have linked my account during Tennocon but your website crashed. You should have made it if you recieved the simalaris codes you should get both primes. I claimed those prizes but they can't tell if I didnt watch? Bummer. I do enjoy the game though!
