While I was waiting at extraction (as operator, but frame was also in the area) the third team mate also died. I immediately got hit by a host migration, which subsequently gave a "mission failed" with me staying at extraction solo. As far as I know, the only way to fail this mission is by dying and I was standing there? I messaged on of the dead guys and he said he got his loot incl. the vitus essence.
