It can get a MAX BURST DPS of 15.9k, but it has to use magnum force, so it becomes horribly inaccurate. Also, it has 0% crit chance. The Seer has immense potential. 1k damage per shot isn't too impressive, though. I mean... the Boltor Prime can achieve 1k damage per shot, while retaining 10 shots per second.
