void fissure/reactant in missions

reactant should NOT be an individual thing to get to open an relic , on some missions that you can go and explore a map to find extra loot that player will not get any because fissures will not spawn near him.

Make reactant a loot type that anybody can pick up and it will count to global amount of 10 max , so if i pick up 1 then we all get 1 no matter how far players are

and reactant drops should be visible on entire map on your HUD not just some sections
