You have toxin+electric+fire resulting in corrosive+fire in the first build, and toxin+fire+electric resulting in gas+electric in the second. If you want radiation+toxin then you need fire+electric+toxin (or electric+fire+toxin) either way the toxin mod being first is the problem.
