Can No Longer Swap Polarities Due To My Account Not Being "Charged"

Started experiencing this problem last night. (around 4AM) I'd forma'd my MOAs, and when I tried to swap the polarities around to my liking, I received a notification that read "Reconfiguration could not be completed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later." After doing some research, it appears that this has been a recurring issue for years, albeit a rare one, but I've found no solution on how to resolve it, outside of maybe closing the game and re-opening it. (which has not worked) I'm personally very particular in my mod arrangements, so this problem is already annoying enough, but the fact that it's also affecting my companions, who work off of a priority system based on the order in which your mods are placed, makes it especially aggravating.

I would very much appreciate some sort of solution to resolving this issue. I don't know if this was caused by the most recent Hotfix or the fact that I'd started trading for plat recently. I'm at a total loss.
