Bugged waypoint not using pathfinding

I just did 3x invasion missions for Corpus in Sedna - Selkie. All three were captures.

After capturing the target, the waypoint went haywire and pointed straight to the end, through walls, totally ignoring pathfinding and actual routes to the location.

The tileset was Grineer Asteroid (obviously) and all missions had the outdoor shipyard tile near the end. Waypoint worked when passing through the shipyard and went haywire afterwards.
