Vallis Bounty Bugs - Rescue Prisoner Bounty Not Spawning Data Keys for Bonus

I did this bounty earlier and I went from 0 - 100% and not a single blue orb, data key dropped. This bonus was impossible to achieve as a result. It worked in other sessions so I know it works. There is some conflict somewhere, though.

Not game breaking but please look into it.
